Interconnect Mortgage is a seasoned team led by Toni Taylor Gozza, built on one promise: you'll never get the big-bank runaround here. When you call, a real local expert picks up — and that same team stays with you from application all the way to the closing table. Our processors alone average more than 30 years in the business, and much of what we do is repeat business from clients and referral partners who trust us to get it right.
We shop multiple lenders to find competitive financing for your situation, whether you're purchasing, refinancing, or investing. And because of our deep background in the Non-QM space, we find paths for borrowers other banks turned away. We read the guidelines, we know the rules, and we know how to navigate them.

Toni Taylor Gozza
Toni Taylor Gozza has spent her entire career — since 1990 — inside the mortgage business, and she's worked every channel of it: consumer finance, banks, wholesale lending, and mortgage brokering. She was one of the youngest people ever promoted into management at her company at age 21, and one of the very few people in the country to serve as a wholesale account executive with actual signing underwriting authority. Running an entire wholesale mortgage company gave Toni rare insight into what secondary markets and investors need to package and approve a loan. That underwriting-level understanding is exactly why she and her team can find a path for borrowers other lenders turn away, especially in the Non-QM space. Toni leads Interconnect Mortgage as an educator first. She won't sell you into a loan you don't need — she'll explain your options in plain English so you can decide for yourself. A Palm Beach County resident since 1992, she's active with the Junior League and the Couture Club, a local organization supporting children's foundations.
Yitzi Brusowankin
Yitzi Brusowankin is a loan originator on the Interconnect Mortgage team, helping buyers, homeowners, and investors across Florida find financing that fits their situation. Like the rest of the team, Yitzi believes in straight answers, no runaround, and staying with each client from the first call through closing.
Bill Hills
Bill Hills is a loan originator at Interconnect Mortgage, guiding clients through purchases, refinances, and investment financing with the same seasoned, no-pressure approach the whole team is known for. Bill takes the time to understand each client's goals and lays out the numbers clearly so there are no surprises on the way to closing.
Craig Fossett
Craig Fossett is a loan originator with Interconnect Mortgage, working with home buyers, homeowners, and real estate investors across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Craig is focused on fast, clear communication and finding the right financing path for every client, including those with unique situations that call for creative solutions.
